We need headshots and group photos. Can you come to our office to photograph our team?

Yes. Bazemore Studios can photograph teams on location at your Charlotte office or facility. We bring a complete professional studio — lighting, backdrop, and a laptop for real-time image review. For headshots,  we need a minimum 10 by 10 feet of space - which a standard conference room usually provides after moving any chairs around. Setup takes about 30 minutes before the first employee arrives. Breakdown is handled by us when we finish. The process runs efficiently with consistent lighting and background for every person, so every employee's image matches the next - if that's the goal.

For regular group photos, depending on the size, these are usually done in a natural environmental setting at your office or perhaps in a lobby or just outside.  For composited group photos (described in a separate question below), a lighting setup similar to the headshot setup is sufficient.

How long does an on-site headshot take per person?

For on-location volume sessions, 3 to 5 minutes per person is typical. That is the actual time per employee for an efficiently run on-site setup - a 15-minute window is usually not necessary unless the person is changing into multiple outfits or wants various scenes. An hour yields around 20 to 30 employees comfortably. For larger teams, we schedule across multiple days or bring a second photographer to run parallel setups and cover more employees in the same time.

Can you match our company's photography guidelines or existing headshot look?

Yes. If your company has formal photography guidelines — lighting specs, background color, framing requirements — we can match them precisely. If you do not have formal guidelines, share your current team page or company website and we will replicate the look as closely as possible. The goal is for new employees to blend seamlessly with photos already on your site. Brand-matching is standard practice for the Charlotte companies we work with on a recurring basis.

We need to set up an account with you and send all of our staff and new hires to you to get new headshots. How do we do that?

For in-studio sessions, we provide a direct booking link your employees can use to schedule their own 15-minute appointment— no HR coordination required for each individual. For on-location shoots, we coordinate directly with you or your office contact to get that set up.

How are the images delivered to employees?

There are a few options.  For larger corporate batches, we can send a single gallery download link to your HR or marketing contact to forward images to each employee, or we can set up individual online galleries for each person — whichever fits your process.   We name each image file with each person's name during the shoot - this makes image delivery more efficient optimizes organization.

Can you photograph employees across multiple departments or locations over time?

Yes. Several Charlotte companies use Bazemore Studios as an ongoing corporate vendor: HR routes new hires directly to the booking link, employees schedule their own sessions, and the company gets consistent results without managing the photography vendor each time. New employees photograph in the same style as everyone already on your team page, so the look stays consistent even as the team grows. For employees at locations outside Charlotte, we can either arrange to travel to that location or coordinate with a photographer in that area to provide a consistent look.

What is the on-location pricing?

On-location sessions start at $675, which covers travel to your Charlotte location, full studio setup and breakdown, and the first six employees. Additional employees are $75 per person. This includes up to 3 final selections per person.  Volume pricing applies for larger teams: approximately $65 per person for teams of 15 to 24, and approximately $55 per person for teams of 25 or more. A $250 deposit is required for on-location bookings. Custom quotes are available for recurring arrangements, multi-day sessions, or teams of 50 or more. What are composited group photos?

Bazemore Studios offers composited group photos— and it is worth understanding what that actually solves. With compositing, every employee is photographed individually in a controlled setup, and the individual images are professionally combined into a single group photograph. The result looks identical to a same-day group shoot, but without the logistical challenge of getting every person in the same room at the same time.

This is especially useful for distributed teams, companies with high turnover, and organizations that have added team members gradually over time. When a new hire joins, they can be composited into an existing group image rather than requiring the entire team to reshoot. No Charlotte competitor appears to offer this service prominently. It is a genuine production capability, not a filter or an AI-generated image. Each person looks like themselves, properly lit and matched to the rest of the group.

How soon will we receive the finished images?

For in-studio sessions, final images are delivered within 24 hours of receiving employee selections. Employees who select their images at the shoot — using the real-time tethered review setup — receive their files the same day. Employees who take time to review the gallery and send their selections later start the 24-hour clock from the moment we receive their choices.

For high-volume on-location shoots, delivery of all final images is usually within 3 business days.

Can each employee select their own final images?

Yes. Every session includes real-time tethered image review: images appear on a large monitor as they are taken, so employees can see exactly what they are getting before they leave.

Are the images retouched?

Yes. Final selections have standard retouching applied which includes skin, eyes, teeth, blemishes, & lint.   Heavy retouching like braces removal or background changes may be additional depending on the scope of the request.
